Cannot give 5 stars �� My contact has been very helpful and without him I would not be at leaders / previous company The systems are awful and I can never understand what I am getting in money and never anyvdescriptive comment. - just using finance jargon Without my contact I seriously would be gone So hence my 4 stars fir my contact who is patient helpful and performs with getting right outcomes Leaders are a weight he has to carry around with him

rental service very good as before but there is difficulty getting your intermediary to send the inspection report. The transfer of money could be done more efficiently as is possible with personal accounts using 'faster payments' options, which means net rents take a max of 2 hours to get to the reciveing bank

The estate agent sales team we have been dealing with had been excellent, very helpful and personal. Unfortunately, the solicitor and mortgage advisor recommended were below par from our experience. They needed frequent follow up and very slow in their process, especially the mortgage advisor. The solicitor firm appointed another solicitor for the conveyancing near the end and only then things happened.

Friendly, helpful, and fast-working. I'm not sure that you have provided us with ideal tenants, but the service was very good.

Our properties are well managed by the team. Always very welcoming and nothing is to much trouble, issues solved very quickly.
