Leaders Burgess Hill have been so helpful since I have moved in and even before the move date. There was a lot of work that needed to be done and I felt that it was dealt with sufficiently before I moved in and even now as things still need sorting I feel the liasing between myself, leaders and the landlord is great!

We have had excellent advice on many topics including: how to deal with problems with tenants; what is appropriate rent based on experience of the local market; and, very importantly, helping us assess the suitability of new properties for renting. It is especially nice the team is consistently warm and friendly with us, whilst also being fair and assertive when there are issues between landlords and tenants. We have been with Leaders for 17 years now, and although we have occasionally acquired quotes from other local letting agents (to check charges are comparable) we have always opted to stay with Leaders because of the quality of service and advice offered.
