I have always received prompt and courteous replies to any telephone or email enquiries.

I was renting a property with leaders for 4 years and have been extremely satisfied with them from the moment I walked in the office too the day I left. Once in the property I mainly dealt with Sarah in the Burgess hill office and I have nothing but praise for the way she handled every query or problem I ever had. She was very sympathetic to my situation throughout my tenancy and did whatever she could to accommodate me, I was sad to leave both the property and Leaders But in particular Sarah I would highly recommend them as a letting agent and would definitely use that branch again if I return to Sussex in the future.

Leaders have been very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend using them. I have let places from other letting agents in the past and Leaders are by far the best.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Agnes was extremely helpful when I arrived to view the property and from then I was kept informed and up to date of the progress of the property with regards to tenancy application and sending in my personal details. Gail was always very helpful and professional and answered all my queries when I telephoned, even going the extra mile when I had trouble with my telephone line.
