We are generally happy with the service provided. We have confidence in Leaders and the general standards achieved. Staff generally respond promptly and pleasantly and aim to be helpful. Areas for improvement: 1. Communication. Need to keep landlords up-to-date with progress re resolving maintenance issues and not let these slid. Should not be necessary to prompt and monitor. Sometimes, especially over distance and although in writing, messages seem to be either misunderstood or not referred back to. Left hand/right hand. Responses need to be consistently positive. Pleased that Leaders are always willing to use the telephone to clarify. 2. Rental statements and income funds need to arrive to us on a designated date each month and not late. Income needs to be in our account on the date that rent becomes due.

My overall impression of leaders was they were very professional,very helpful, explained things clearly and put together a very good information pack . Good customer service .would definately use them again

Excellent at securing new tenants at short notice and at a difficult time of the year. Perhaps more induction needed for new tenants about how to operate things in the house to keep costs down - or more specific and accurate monitoring exit reports to rectify any problems in advance of take up of new tenancy. Very happy overall, though.
