Overall I am pleased with the service. There were some issues in the beginning, where it felt like everything was simply being passed on from the tenant to me and not being dealt with in the office, but the last 4 to 5 months have been much better.

So far I've had great service from Leaders. A couple of minor hiccups with misinformation but all easily resolved thankfully. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the person that showed me the property wasn't familiar with the property at all. Not many of my questions could be answered and I was told a couple of things that weren't correct. But overall, so far I'm happy. The level of communication - texts, emails, phone calls, have all been impressive.
