We have used Leaders for many years renting both our home and investment property and have always found the service excellent, Flexibility is important to us and we carry out our own maintenance but have piece of mind they will take on this service when we are away. Excellent vetting tenants and handled very professionally but with the personal touch. We wouldn't use anyone else.

extremely helpful, I was given a lot of helpful advice regarding both properties I could move into and an overview of what costs I could expect to incur through bills etc (this being my first flat). Two of the ladies involved helping me find a flat really went above what is expected and made sure I found the perfect property regardless of any set backs along the way they made sure I got the place I'm now renting which is perfect. Gail and the team were very efficient in organising our relocation from Essex to Sussex. From viewing the property to all the initial paperwork completed took less than 3 days. It took a great weight from our minds to know that we were in good hands and could focus more of our attention on the actual move. Great work by all involved!

Leanne was very helpful, kept me up to date the whole way through & did what she said she would. Makes a nice change for someone to call/email when they say they will. The team humoured my neurotic phone calls with style!

Good service, you did not quite achieve the price quoted AND the tenants forgot to pay the first months rent. But a good service all in all.
