Excellent efficient and friendly service. Nothing was too much hassle or trouble for the agent. She chased everything and got us exactly what we wanted.

Gail and the staff at Leaders, Burgess Hill have looked after letting out my property for many years. The service I have received has always been excellent and very professional. Gail will always go the extra mile to make sure that new tenancies go through smoothly.

Leaders have, by far provided the best service on a personal level from all the agencies I interacted with while trying to find a property. Gail and Christina have been responsive, informative and personable. I'm grateful to them for their help. I do not agree with some of the policies of the company as a whole however. The pressure to use the in-house insurance which is clearly overpriced and not necessary is underhanded. It no doubt raises significant revenue for the company. However, in a tight rental market the company uses this added pressure to comply to exploit it's customers. While I know this is fairly standard industry practise both for rental and sales it lower my view of the organisation as a whole.

I have used Leaders for many years and have had a good experience, however, I have to say that in especially in the last few years, Gail and the team in B.Hill have provided excellent service and support. They have been fantastic and I totally appreciated all their help recently when trying to manage new Tennant's from overseas. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Overall the service received from Leaders has been very good. Staff are polite and professional. The only downside to the whole process was dealing with the lettingshub. I paid hundreads in administration fees yet had to use my own time during my working hours to assist with there work - trying to gather document etc. Also, was mislead by them, and wasnt told correct information on certain occasions.

Gail and the Leaders team were thorough, thoughtful and efficient. It was a pleasure working with them in getting my place. They also were excellent in following up on things like getting the utilities etc put into my name which was a big help. They provided top notch service throughout
