Excellent service all round. Very professional and attentive.

Everything has been very good so far, all except the extremely unhappy situation that made the key handover a horrendous ordeal, that I would not wish to repeat. Several mistakes were made, requirements were not clear and absolutely no intelligent judgement, that would have made the situation easier was in evidence. I would appreciate being able to discuss this with someone in a senior position.

Generally very pleased with the service I have received. Whenever I have had to contact you for any reason I’ve always received a timely response and you’ve been happy to contact me at convenient times for me. I find that very occasionally though, some questions etc can get lost in email chains and things. Although this is probably as much my fault as anyone elses
