Hi Karen. Great to hear from you things are going fine, as I stated to the nice landlady I have completed the decking at the side of the garden if you wish to come to see you are welcome anytime. The issues we had recently with the ensuite taps have now been resolved as I had serviced them myself so we are happy with that. The one out standing issue is when your guys came last they took with them a part or the oven extractor and have not had any feed back regarding the part.
