39 Garland Street, BSE is an extremely pleasant house and provides all I need. Now that I have changed my gas and electricity supplier all is OK although I would have expected Leaders to have made sure that the electricity meter was functioning before I moved in. Also, the Inventory did not mention a number of tears in the kitchen floor covering. I emailed you about them and my Landlord, who I met on the day I moved in, was rather critical of the fact they had not been noticed. Otherwise all is good.

It all started on the wrong foot, with the agent forgetting to mention to us the extra deposit payable for pets and subsequently forgetting that we do have pets. In all fairness, we're not being bombarded with all sorts of pointless emails or phone calls, and overall all staff are quite friendly and helpful.
