The team at the office (Matt & co) has been very welcoming, and we appreciate their positive attitude. The Finance team is not very responsive, and they gave us wrong instructions about the standing order.

They have made available everything that I need in our shared accommodation in 301 Cherry Hinton Road.

Always someone at the end of a phone and willing to arrange a viewing. Brilliant treatment by Leaders who made the whole process stress-free and straightforward: my only recommendation would be if they could offer more support to first-time renters like ourselves who find the whole process slightly alien.

Ever since Keisha has taken over the responsibility of my property I have been more than happy. Her predecessor was not good, and I even thought of leaving Leaders but she has made all the difference. I would appreciate the statements being on only one page. The new format is not good.
