It was not always easy to contact the person who was involved in arranging viewings of properties and organising the process of taking up the tenancy. I have always had prompt replies to emails from the property management team. I did not like the fact that you automatically made Spark Energy the supplier of gas and electricity to the property. I would not have chosen them as a supplier as they are not the most competitive on price and it then takes time to move to another supplier.

Always cheerful and helpful staff, never had anything they couldn't help with. Lovely property, if a little dated! Gotta love a 70's orange bathtub 😂👌
