When I first started using you you charged me one months rent for your commission to find a new tenant. The last time I used you you charged me the one months rent and then sent me an extra bill for over £200 to arrange the rent - nothing special. other reputable providers charge 50% of a months rent + VAT. I will be using other providers from now on for all of my properties.
