A first class service from from the Manager and staff.A fantastic Manager and Staff.Always so helpful !! They also have excellent results with finding new tenants the problem is . The Board Man puts the Leaders sign up the first day and the second day he has to return to take the sign down as the apartment is let the first day. Still I must be grateful how quickly they are let.It is all down to the staff.

My property was let to the same tenant for twelve years, so I was slightly out of the loop with regard to the current expectations of the market. I got good advice from Leaders, and after a refurb, they found me a new tenant at an increased rent. All good so far. However, as the property was vacant for approximately two months an electricity bill was issued, which was charged to my invoice. I had been under the the impression that all utilities were disconnected, as per my landlords insurance requirements for empty properties. Despite having asked several times, I have not received a copy of the bill and although lettings did a sterling job, accounts have not been quite so efficient.

Leaders provides a very good service to landlords. Sometimes communication is deficient where responses are requested from different staff members because of the division of roles.
