Newly refurbished property presents its own unique set of challenges, this has certainly been the case, particularly as it appears the contractors finished off tasks in a hurry, or budgets just ran out? Consequently, stuff got left undone and this remains the case for the foreseeable future I am guessing? To give due credit, the property manager has done her absolute best in at times very trying circumstances, thinking of bin collections as an example! Similarly I have communicated with your team either in person or by phone on a very regular basis, if only to help you as much as myself where it wasn't clear what the situation was, or where things were going, thinking of the Virgin episode for instance. Anyway, let's see how things unfold over time.

I have settled into my rented property and nearly all of the little issues I found have been dealt with quickly and by excellent tradespeople. On any visits to the office staff have been helpful and polite.

I am pleased because if I have problem in the flat it was dealt quickly.Thank you for your active support but we are still concern about the heating on the bedroom.It works and it stops again.The noise that the upstairs neighbours due to the wooden floor same as the noise we produce that affects our neighbour bit disturbing.
