We opted to use Leaders to manage our property after a few bad experiences with other agents. I am so glad to say that this has been fantastic and the whole Leaders team have been brilliant. I would recommend them to everyone.

The introduction and suggested rental were enticing and well done. The links thereafter were not always brilliant. Our tenants said there was a repair needed a week before they moved in and we were not made aware until the very last evening before the date the tenancy started. The contract was sent to us to complete on the evening before the tenancy started and so our tenants were left rather in the air, not knowing whether to travel to the house or not. The initial inventory was thoroughly done. Overall we have had a very satisfactory outcome but on the whole, Leaders may have to be a bit more on the ball in terms of communications. Thanks to all who had a part.

I was very pleased with the attention your staff gave to my recent letting. The only area that in hindsight I should have avoided was that the week between tenants is not long enough to assess damage.. Damage caused by the previous tenant was not found until a week after the deposit had been returned. I will have to review the speed of turn round in future.

Although there have been a couple of niggles with the flat any issues I have had have been dealt with promptly and everyone I have dealt with has been happy to help and apologetic for any problems.

Moving in was done quickly and handled well despite the short time frame we were working with to get moved in. After moving in any issues we've had have been resolved or are in the process of being resolved and communication has been open making it easy to work with Leaders
