Regarding the tenancy renewal I was very happy with the professional way in which it was handled. My one gripe with Leaders is that you do not seem to have a system whereby landlords can opt to receive a copy of every invoice referred to on their statements. For various reasons I find it easier to keep track of historical work done on the house if I can see an itemised invoice rather than an amount on a statement. In order to achieve this I have to request each invoice by email (although your staff are very good at responding to such requests).
