The property manager, Steph Baldwin, keeps me well-informed and is always pleasant and professional.

I was a little concerned using a letting agency as approaching 74 and always owning my own private and business accommodation it was the first time for me to rent through an agency. I found my concerns were unjustified as Leaders guided me faultlessly through the procedures and have assisted me with a couple of small problems, putting my mind at rest quickly and efficiently. Staff at Leaders I found professional, friendly and above all knowledgeable - a credit to their profession. Speaking as a complete rookie to the renting world I am thoroughly satisfied with the way in which I was treated, guided and supported to my ultimate choice of dwelling.

I did have a problem water dropping from bathroom ceiling in the flat. I have contacted the agency, Georgina replied and she contacted top floor flat's agency after I told what had happened and all the repair has been arranged. She has handled the situation very well. No problems about this issue anymore. My only negative comment about the flat would be the things I have faced just after moving the flat. I think as the people who deal with signing the contract were different than the people who do the property management, there were things missing from the welcome package. Such as security code for the building or postal box key or car parking scheme rules. They ought to be included in the package.

I have always been happy with the service provided by Leaders but especially so since Steph became my dedicated property manager. Steph has always been polite and courteous which at the same time being friendly and considerate, essentially the perfect combination for someone working in a customer service role. It really means a lot to finally be renting a property and having one person dedicated to interacting with me, especially when she treats me like a human being rather than an 'asset' or 'product' as so many letting agents (Other companies) have done in the past. I always ask specifically to speak to Steph when I have to get in touch as I know it means that my problem will be taken care of, that it will be acted on in a timely manner, that I will be kept informed and that solutions will be worked around my needs and available time rather than the other way around. Great service in general from Leaders and all of the staff I have interacted with but especially so from Steph, I would give an extra star if I could :) Many thanks!

I have been asked to write a review on the service I have experienced, during the last twelve months, while working with leaders. The manager I deal with is Steph Baldwin of the property maintenance department, The service I have received from Steph and all her staff has been without doubt ,excellent. Steph is always very professional, charming , productive and always helps me with any problems I may have.Nothing is too much trouble . .Steph is always the same. I have never felt doubt in the service,advice and manner ,Steph provides for me over the last several years. Steph and her staff are an excellent advert for Leaders and the service the company provides.
