Our property manager, Lisa Horsfall, has looked after our property for many years, including time before Leaders took over the previous agency. Lisa has been consistently reliable and conscientious. Leader's systems, however, give us cause for some anxiety. As overseas landlords it gives us no comfort to have a centralized accounts department with which we cannot communicate or raise queries direct. We also dislike the central email address rather than personal mail to our property manager.

All Leaders (Cheltenham) staff very helpful, friendly, understanding and efficient. Georgina is a joy to work with, and I know that I can rely on her to carry out my instructions precisely, which is reassuring when we are letting our home out to strangers whilst we are out of the country. I would recommend Leaders without hesitation to anyone who wants to gain the most from their let table property, with the minimum of hassle

Three years ago my son moved to Asia and since then Leaders have been managing/letting his property including finding new suitable tenants for us. My own experience of using letting agents in South East England has not been good. It was therefore refreshing to find a company able to manage the property efficiently. Verina, our Property Manager, has always been efficient and helpful in organising repair work, finding new tenants, etc. I know that we can rely upon her to sort out any problems that may occur with either the tenants or the house.

I would just like to say that Lisa has been brilliant in helping me with everything, quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Leaders.
