The service i have from Leaders is excellent.The staff are wonderful so eager to help in any way they are able I would not be able to say a word against the staff,I am so lucky to have them helping me.I could not manage without them. My properties are let in the first day . What more can I wish for.The staff are on the ball !.Nothing I ask is two much trouble.It is the staff that make the business and keep the Landlords happy. and the manager select the staff.In this case the manager is first class and has selected a first class team. We have had a very good experience with Leaders. We are moving from our home to rented whilst we wait for our new home to be built, we needed it to be as smooth as possible which it has been.

Leaders were professional, friendly, and helpful -making our move go smoothly. Good overall service which I expected as you do pay a bit extra for admin fees etc.

We have had a few problems with the old tenants post and it was sorted quickly with the branch manager. A few more problems with the house, fixtures loose, garden unsafe, and cigarette burn marks in the bath, and on two window ledges
