It took a long time to get the house rented out due to a high figure being asked for the rent as it was the first time I had been in this position did not know what to expect but have found all the staff very helpful in the office. Once the price had been reduced thr house was let so in the future would rather go for a realistic price and get it rented straight away.

Whenever I have had issues with the apartment (mainly linked to the boiler) I have received support very very quickly. All my emails have been answered on the same day and staff have always been very helpful and friendly. One day I was meant to have the visit of the gas people and I wasn't available so the agency arranged everything so I wouldn't have to deal with it. Finally when I wrote to say I was leaving in July I received (on the same day) all the necessary documents to fill in and a useful checklist to complete before my departure. I feel I have been very well looked after over my 5 years with the agency and I would certainly recommend it to friends and colleagues. Many thanks for your continued support and help.
