I am very impressed with all aspects of the service (property managers, inspections and maintenance) with the exception of letting vacant properties I have been disappointed by the length of time taken to let a property and by the failure to maintain regular communication

Hi Guys..It has taken a while for the transition from Alex Clark to settle . I can only say that in the last 9 months the service has been excellent and Communication improved no end. Particular thanks to Kirsten for always picking up the pieces and sorting things out. Thanks Denise for being on the spot when required.Much appreciated..Great work

As I have said previously, I would be happier if you automatically attached to your statement emails a copy of each invoice mentioned on that statement which you have paid on my behalf. It is frustrating to have to send individual emails requesting copies each time this happens. The reason I like to have copies of invoices is partly for my tax records and partly so that I can keep track of any work that has been done on the house, when, and by whom.

I can only speak as I find and have to say if I have had a query or something in the flat has needed looking at I only have to call the office and my request is dealt with. Staff always friendly and polite couldn't ask for better service thank you all

On the whole, no problems, however when I contact yourselves it does take some time to get a response. For example. the office was contacted on Friday 20th Jan prior to the inspection on 23rd Jan regarding an issue with the boiler and also the curtain poles are loose and therefore we are unable to draw curtains. I contacted the office on Weds 25th as I had not heard anything and was advised the matter would be looked into and an email would be sent to me with the outcome. It is now Monday 30th and I have heard nothing.
