The team at leaders has been very helpful from day one. They've taking my concerns and actively liaison with the landlord to resolve issues which was underlined in my property. Friendly staffs who are always willing to help in any case. Thanks guys you rock ;)

The administrative & financial sides of securing the lease were dealt with efficiently and thoroughly. The customer service aspect, about making me feel welcome in my new home, could be better e.g. 'Just ask a neighbour' and 'Don't know' were not really the answers I expected for the expense involved in securing the lease.
