I have found the team at Leaders to be extremely professional in their approach, with regular communication at all times. Following an initial house sale which unfortunately fell through, they worked really hard to find me a second buyer and successfully did so. I would highly recommend.

Our experience has been that Leaders are very quick to address any maintenance issues with the property. My only feedback is that better communication would be appreciated. For example if we have arranged a house inspection it would be nice to know that the visit has been completed and no issues found as we are often not home when the inspections are completed. Or if we email to notify Leaders of a maintenance issue we would appreciate a confirmation that the issue has been logged and is being dealt with. Overall, we are very happy with the property management service we receive from Leaders.

Since the takeover, we have received a mixture of excellent service and average. Excellent being the smooth handover between tenants. Average being the failure to market the property soon enough when the previous tenants handed in their notice. We also requested for the property to be valued on three occasions and have still not received any information.
