The initial property valuation was lower than my gut instinct told me we should market at, so we put it on for higher. The photographer was highly skilled, a must as far as I am concerned. We received an asking price offer the next day. As they had booked in more viewings the negotiator advised us to hold off accepting the first offer and due to her expertise we ended up selling at over the asking price. Very happy customers.
