Experienced a hassle free and enjoyable experience when beginning our tenancy with Leaders. The agents were very knowledgeable and were all really lovely and welcoming. We wanted to start our tenancy quite quickly and leaders did everything to ensure it was possible. I would highly recommend leaders to anyone looking for a private let.

I'm slightly irked by what appears money grabbing.every item from reissues of agreements to loading repair bills. Is the management fee not adequate? Other agents survive.

We are extremely happy in the house, if I have a comment to make it is this: when I asked about proposed building plans in the area I was assured that none were in place. This was misleading. We would have taken the house even if we had known about the plans already submitted.
