I chose leaders because the person that did the initial valuation had an immediately pleasant, sociable intelligent manner but crucially without being pushy , know-it-all or rude, all of which I had encountered in other agencies. Re - Leaders WE have worked together ever since you arrived in Chichester, and Henry Adams before you. Always successful with re-lettings. The only 'problem' recently resulted from delays with the new tenant being reluctant to 'commit' ahead of a delayed start date. All fine in the end but I did worry that we had been too helpful to the tenant.

Really happy with the service, offers many Different services of which are all useful. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful.

We are delighted with the cottage. Only one drawback so far, we were led to believe (both by the agent and the landlady) that we would be able to have fibre broadband whereas it turns out that as the cabinate is full it is impossible to get a connection. We are still without wifi. As this and mobile phone connection were my top priorities I feel extremely disappointed. I'm completing this feedback in a cafe.

In all my dealings with leaders, Chichester branch, I have found everyone very helpful and professional, Alistair was very cheerful and kept me up to date with all the necessary information I needed. All in all a company I would recommend to anybody looking to rent.
