Service has been first class both professionally as a Letting Agent and personally in providing me with guidance and support as a first time tenant. On the basis of the service I have received I would certainly highly recommend Leaders, Chichester particularly if the prospective tenant required that little extra reassurance and customer care during and after the letting process.

Leaders are efficient and handle my properties that I let out very well. The most important thing is that when tennants leave there is a quick response and the property is filled promplty. Also in between lettings, cleaning maintenance etc are handled well saving a lot of worry.

I have found all the staff at Leaders Chichester, to be very helpful, friendly and cheerful. Simone in particular, was really helpful in getting us into our property within our timeframe

Everyone was extremely helpful, polite and efficient in showing us various properties and making themselves available for viewings at short notice. We have had a number of 'teething' problems with our rental eg no wi-fi and we won't have any for a while as no cables were laid and BT will have to put up 3 poles and seek permission from the council before this can be rectified. This is entirely the landlords fault. This disconnect between the letting agent and the landlord of a new build should always be checked.
