You have been prompt with getting repairs done/ replacing broken things (fridge). You fall short of excellent because frankly these things should have been done ahead of any tenant moving in.

The water board were not notified of the change of the house being rented out. Had to ring the office in Chichester as I received an account for the water. Otherwise good.

Leaders have been very efficient from finding us the right property to us moving in. They made the whole process very easy and stress free. There were a couple of very minor problems with the flat (I think where it hasn't been lived in for a month or so) and they got right on it and within a week everything that needed to be fixed had been fixed. Great service and always very friendly to talk to.
