Now that your staff remain in their jobs for longer, there is continuity and they tend to be up to date and also familiar with my property. Wasn't like that in past years. Very pleased that new tenants are promptly found so my property is not left empty for long.

We chose leaders as our letting agent because Simone was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to, which made us confident that we would receive an excellent service. It was a great choice, an offer was made to rent the flat within a day of Leaders being instructed and although that tenancy did not proceed it was re-let within two days of that offer being withdrawn. The rent was at the top of the agreed range, which was in line with the rent suggested by the other agencies that we talked to, and the administration was dealt with quickly, enabling the tenant to take occupancy 10 days after we had accepted the offer. The first rent was received within a couple of days and we are confident that we made the right choice by selecting Leaders.

I found the staff helpful and polite and they answered any questions I had. I have found them to be easily contactable.
