Leaders of Chichester is an extremely professional Estate Agency. The agent who handled my sale was totally efficient, professional, reliable, courteous and complete with a delightful personality. The photographs of my property were the best I have ever had (and I've sold plenty of houses), as they were professionally done. I had 13 viewings in the first 2 weeks, many of whom were cash buyers, and 2 offers. I finally accepted one of these from a cash buyer after negotiations by the agent brought the offer up to an acceptable amount. I cannot recommend this agency enough.

Good communications and follow up. Was disappointed with a full 2-week gap when changing tenants as this, along with the contract fee, meant a big loss of earnings at that time. Would be grateful for better co-ordination between departments so this doesn't happen in future.
