no complaints generally except re.setting up services. As you stated British Gas were your preferred supplier, I approached them only to find the existing suppliers were EDF energy. British Gas are happy to provide gas and electricity, however the transfer has been blocked by EDF, I believe because there is an outstanding bill owing. I advised the office in December when I found out, they said they would deal with it but the situation remains. I want to set up a monthly Direct Debit for this supply but at the moment the bill is just mounting. I am not prepared to pay other peoples debts so will you please sort it out.
