Your staff in the Christchurch branch are really lovely , very helpful and easy to communicate with. Ben especially !! I would of given 5 stars but the lettings hub process was not smooth flowing and would of been easier and quicker to just stick with the agent and the tenant .... :)

Overall we have received a very good service from Leaders Christchurch. When something had gone wrong it has been fixed. The lady who done our inspection was warm and friendly. The only reason I have not scored 5 stars is due to the process of getting things fixed meant we were without a shower for nearly a week due to having to gain the landlords permission to put a new one in when the old one broke, getting a quote agreed then the plumber having to come back again to fit. A shower is something you need everyday when working and is something a landlord can't refuse so feel that at least the first step could have been skipped to make the process faster for the tenant. It took the same amount of time to get our boiler fixed. Again something the landlord has to agree to fix. If this process could be quicker I would happily score a 5 out of 5 for the staff we have had dealings with.

Couldn’t have asked for better service. Everyone I communicated with before, during and after my move was very friendly, took their time to listen and continue to reach out to ensure all is ok. Thank you Leaders for making the process a little less stressful 😊

Obtaining the flat was considerably easy and all went smoothly. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the property and a little disappointed with the answers from the letting manager.

The handover to the new tenant has gone reasonably well. We did have a misunderstanding re whether I would be covered by the landlord's insurance but that has been resolved. I also found it odd that the condition of the property was somewhat different in Leader's report between when the previous tenant left and the new tenant arrived, ie a lot more scuff marks and damage to doors , walls etc had been recorded. The tenant I gather is happy with the property so we can do some remedial work at some time in the future. Otherwise all is OK.
