The handover to the new tenant has gone reasonably well. We did have a misunderstanding re whether I would be covered by the landlord's insurance but that has been resolved. I also found it odd that the condition of the property was somewhat different in Leader's report between when the previous tenant left and the new tenant arrived, ie a lot more scuff marks and damage to doors , walls etc had been recorded. The tenant I gather is happy with the property so we can do some remedial work at some time in the future. Otherwise all is OK.

We are very happy with the efficiency of the Agency and have no problems. I would prefer to have property inspections annually rather than six monthly. We take great care of the property but it feels a bit intrusive having inspections every six months!

All went well, letting handled in a friendly professional way. Still awaiting a response about the gas ring but otherwise very good.

On the whole we are very happy with the service, especially the way our last tenant was dealt with. However, we are less happy with how maintenance problems are dealt with, checks don't seem to be made to ensure that the job has been completed satisfactorily. Not helpful to absent landlords.
