I have been very happy with your service and I also love the property There is only one thing and that is the rubber on the bottom of the shower screen is disintegrating and looks unsightly but this is the first time I have mentioned it so not a complaint just a observation. If this could be rectified then this is the perfect property

Service is mostly good and certainly very friendly but I am a bit disappointed that the new tenant, who is slow to pay, is not being monitored more closely and chased as soon as the due date has passed. Everything else is handled very efficiently and the new tenant was found very quickly.

Very professional and friendly team, everything I ask of is sorted and problems are sorted realistically and efficiently, maintenance is promptly sorted and at a reasonable price, keep it up. We are happier now that Melanie has returned as she understands that we were long time clients of Andrews Snape and Co. Unfortunately your accounts department didn't seem to understand that we were promised the same terms and conditions that we had been used to previously. Now that this has been reconciled hopefully things will improve. Otherwise all is well and I certainly thought the Christchurch office did a good job in finding a new tenant for my flat there.
