The service and the team have been helpful, prompt, courteous, accommodating and friendly. The only disappointing issue with my experience so far is a systems issue: the inability to change the date on which my rent is paid is a real inconvenience (and something I've been able to do with every rented property over the 11 years I've lived in the UK). Aside from that, it's been a great experience.

I have been very pleased with the attitude and help given by the staff at Leaders Christchurch with regards to my present house rental. It is a well run friendly company who are very keen to help me as the tenant. They found the correct property to suit my situation and continue to support me without imposing.
