In general I find your service to be as expected, with a good attitude from those I have spoken with. Clearly much is automated now which is represented in many ways by your procedures, which I find a little too formalised and impersonal. Not so much a branch criticism as a general observation on the creeping adoption of technology and people's ideas of how to use it; and company policy of course. If I have a criticism it is the rather junior nature of those chosen to interact with the public over the telephone. I find their inexperience somewhat disturbing. Overall, pretty good though

Selection and vetting of new tenant carried out quickly and efficiently. Maintenance and repair requirements arranged expeditiously during the period between tenancies. Communications excellent; always kept "in the picture".

We have always found the staff to be very helpful and would have no hesitation in recommending the staff at the Christchurch branch of Leaders.

We are very pleased that the transition from Saxon Management to the current Christchurch team. On those occasions when we are in touch they are extremely friendly and competent. We remain satisfied that our SAXON fee rates have been kept without changes and accordingly feel comfortable with those matters. Thank you Guys. Keith and Sue Anderson
