The recent letting of our property was thoroughly and efficiently carried out. Prior to the new tenants moving in, a water leak and also a central heating boiler problem were discovered. Bearing in mind that this occurred just before Christmas, swift action had to be taken.. The PMD staff at Christchurch were right on the ball in that they were able to call in a plumber and central heating contractor at short notice to rectify the problems. Throughout the changeover of tenants I was kept informed of events. Very reassuring.
