So far, Leaders has been. Quick to assist me in any issues I have. However, the biggest drawback I have at this time are the bi-annual inspections. As a Tennant, this makes me feel as if I cannot be trusted in my own home and can be somewhat intimidating. As. Tennant, I should be trusted to take care of my home. Besides this, Leaders has been very helpful.

Very good Indeed. Very helpful when there was slight confusion regarding reminders being emailed about setting up energy suppliers with a link that wouldn't recognise our postcode. Was reassured that it was all in hand and it was!

Generally positive, although at the beginning I felt like I was being a nuisance keep asking questions, like about the conservatory door not opening. I didn't want it fixed, I just wanted to know if it did or didn't open. Otherwise everything has been fine.

Every time I contact Leaders with regards to a query, they are usually always prompt in contacting my landlord in order to help. With most requests that I've made, they've been met with a great professional attitude and friendly demeanour. So far to date, I'm really happy with the service provided.
