Just handed over my 3rd BTL property to Leaders for full management. (all purchased through them) Extremely satisfied with their services over the past 2 years, and I look forward to a great continued business partnership.

We were very pleased with the performance in letting the property. The only failure was to use an over a year old building insulation survey in the advert without checking with us that it was the current situation. This survey was done prior to Government subsidised improvement work but another survey was not done after the work was carried out.
