I am delighted with the service you give us. Always helpful, removes us from any concerns or worries. Obviously sometimes problems do arise but things are alway quickly resolved. The only failing we had was when we asked for advise about another property we have in Stratford upon Avon with a view to putting this with you as well but that branch failed to make any contact and we had to seek an alternative agent.

Overall we were very satisfied with all the help finding our property and was sorted in the time scale we were looking for. Only thing we were disappointed with was the cleaning of the house was told mix up had happened so if we could do it ourselves we would be reimbursed we never saw any money also same with the garden was asked to buy garden seeds and would be reimbursed also nothing. We love the property and are very happy here
