When contacted to get a fault fixed, it would be good to get follow-up, before a deduction from rent. A quote would be nice as would automatically forwarding the invoice. Other than this, service has been fine.

The staff at Leaders have proved to be excellent communicators with me as the landlord and the tenants. A number of issues were raised by the tenants concerning the property and Leaders were prompt in ensuring each point in turn was addressed and actioned promptly to everyones satisfaction. I certainly recommend them as professional property managers.

From past experience there are some really destructive tenants who should be blacklisted. I, therefore, upgraded your service to filter these out and am pleased with the results. I now have two houses rented out to two decent couples and with no worries of not paying the rent. There is much talk of bad Landlords but please have a blacklist for tenants who trash your home and default on rent then just walk away. Why does the law protect them? I am pleased with your service although sometimes repairs seem to take too long so perhaps we need more maintenance teams.

Yes happy with service especially employee Michelle when arranging refurbishment Full month's rental as deducted from first rental income for each tenancy I find is bit steep - especially coming on top of monthly letting fee plus VAT. Makes you vulnerable to new offers to me from other letting agents....to offset this, any chance of loyalty reward for landlords who stick with you tenancy after tenancy? e.g. only 75% of 1st month after three consecutive tenancies...50% after 5...
