The property management team can be really good and speedy to fix issues, and then all of a sudden can take very long when something desperately needs fixing. The customer service has been great, however not a 5 star due to the constant wait!

Initially we went with an online agent as I didn't appreciate what Estate Agents actually do. The difference in service is unmeasurable. I am really impressed with Leaders and I will definitely recommend them to the next people we know who move. We have dealt with Grace at the Colchester branch who has been brilliant. Grace is lovely. Brilliant service from the ladies in the office from getting my business through the viewing and to handling the offer on the house. The only part that has let Leaders down is the sales progression office. I received a very blunt reply to my email stating he had no clue who I was after dealing with me for several weeks. Although my email address wouldn't have identified my last name I wonder how many Julie's he was dealing with that were trying to get their exchange sorted out for Friday 25th!

Really pleased with the Sales Team in Colchester especially Grace. We used a co agent in the sale of our house, but that firm did not perform as they promised. Our house took three months to sell, but this was because we were holding out for a specific price and in no real hurry to move to another property. Leaders undertook all the viewings and provided detailed feedback. They were very professional in all their dealings from the Sales Team to the Moves Manager.

Great service and advice is readily forthcoming and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I contacted Sophie for advice even before buying a property to rent out and she was so helpful and frank that I didn't even consider another letting agent. And she was very proactive and even let the property before purchase was completed! It's a shame they weren't selling the property I chose. I can't think of how the service could be bettered. Very pleased indeed.
