Excellent professional service from leaders staff. Very knowledgeable and knew their landlords. However I felt that the fee's of £330 were very expensive for administration and referencing. This is an online service that wasn't very effective. I felt like I had to do most of the work. It also felt very impersonal.

Have been very pleased in the way my property has been managed, from finding tenants to the management of day to day issues (not always the easiest). I feel I get a good service for the cost and have been pleased to recommend your services to others

From my experience with leaders, I have to say they are outstanding!! When I was going through the process of signing papers ect, they were only to happy to help and got everything sorted out that needed to be done. Also, I had a problem with a blocked drain outside the property and they made sure that the problem was resolved (which it was the same day) and made sure that I had no further problems ect. I highly reccomend this company!!

I have had an excellent experience of using Leaders as my managing agent. They regularly keep me informed of any inspections they make to the property and of any actions I need to take in respect of it. I get a monthly statement from them and find their staff polite and helpful, not least Ms Barham. I shall be happy to recommend Leaders to other landlords wishing to let property.
