More- now leaders have been my letting agent for 6 years now and I have nothing but praise for them. Mostly I deal with my property manager Kayleigh who is always friendly and professional. She always knows exactly what is going on with my property which gives me great peace of mind. Should she be away her colleagues have always dealt effectively with any issues. The whole experience with Leaders staff has been excellent. I didn't like doing everything online e.g. referencing and tenancy agreement. I felt it lost that personal touch and the fees of £330 for this impersonal service are extortionate.
