Everything from viewing the property to picking up the keys was very quick and only took 2 weeks. Sophie was very thorough and made sure everything was done correctly and got things sorted out at the property if needed. I was and still am extremely happy with what I received :)

Sophie was wonderful in helping us find our first home as a couple. We were specific in what we were searching for and within a fortnight she had found a property that suited us perfectly. As we viewed the property there were several elements which we felt needed attending to before we moved in. Sophie did her upmost to sort these and all were put forward as part of the contract before we moved in. Leaders contacted us regularly to make sure we were satisfied with the flat and although a couple of adjustments were needed such as the plumbing - it was seen to quickly and efficiently. Overall we are very happy, impressed and satisfied with the service we have received from Leaders and especially from Sophie who has helped us through our first move.

Sophie was incredibly patient, incredibly understanding and incredibly lovely when it came to getting things moving. Having moved between a lot of properties these past few years, Sophie has definitely been the best agent I've had in terms of getting information for me and putting up with my general incompetence. I can't praise her enough.

All went very smoothly. I did not have any problem. The docusign aspect of signing on the dotted line was quite new to me but got there in the end.
