Amazing service, nothing was a problem for the staff Everything was made so straight forward due to them keeping on top of all the paperwork etc thank you to all those involved with our move into our new house

Kate, Lucy, Serena and team at Cranleigh were fantastic. Personable and professional and have been quick to respond and resolve any queries etc. I have one negative comment which relates to Leaders HQ not the Cranleigh team. I have had to wait to move in to organise my Utilities via Sparks as I was contracted that it is mandatory to use them. I had planned and set up all other services, both existing from my previous property and my new rental via Leaders (except Utilities). I was told I can change after I move in which for me personally is nonsense. The Sparks pricing is far more expensive than I can organise easily myself. I have now had to spend unnecessary time doing this when I am now trying to get on with my life etc. I understand this may be conveneient for some but as a customer I should be given the option not told this is what I have to do. (Very poor customer service) So Craneligh gets 5 Stars, Leaders HQ gets 1 !

1st class service vary easy to deal with and efficient. Personal were polite and extremely helpful in all matters. Property was supplied in a first class state fully ready to accommodate a smooth entrance. All in all totally unproblematic. Mike Sullivan

Kind and excellent staff helped me with everything seeing I've never done it before was very patient I was probably a pain in the backside at times but both ladies in your branch were very helpful only issue I have is waiting to hear about a plumber to look at the shower and taps been a few weeks

Very impressed with the professional manner by which all Leaders personnel have come across before we viewed properties and after we secured a tenancy. Top lead. Refreshing to meet an estate agency that meets clients requirements.
