I enjoyed the viewing with Kay as she was very natural and did not try to "sell". She listened to me and left me to it really which I appreciated. The fees were explained well. Anything I requested she accommodated or indicated she would find out. The inventory was done in my absence which was fine as I had time on my own to digest it all. Any questions I had eg Sky Dish were answered. I had requested a professional clean which did not happen but I was assured that I would not provide one at the end. All in all a very easy experience.

I was disappointed it took so long especially as it was a cash buy. It could have been the fault of the solicitors who I did keep pushing. Who knows.
