Overall satisfied with the management of my property by Leaders. However, we except Leaders to get a closer supervision of the property to avoid Tenants damaging expensive furniture which would have to be replaced by the Landlord for the next tenant. But so far all tenants have been paying rents on time which is good.

Over a period of more than ten years we have generally had very successful lettings with a minimum of gaps. Only one unfortunate event when despite all the checks a successful fraudster slipped through the net and demonstrated that UK law does not help or favour the victims of crime. Generally very satisfied with the service we have received.

Great service from the Leaders office in Crawley especially from Becky. Happy with the flat and I would recommend using Leaders again.

We had a great experience finding our house with Leaders. Leanne was so helpful and helped us with everything that we needed to do.

I find the property management side of the the business in particular excellent. I have had less dealings with the lettings side but they have always been good too. Cannot rate Leaders in Crawley too highly.
