The initial meeting was excellent and L who sorted the property was very helpful and got things moving quickly however despite being told the property had been professionally cleaned this was not the case

Excellent management of the transition from the exit of the last tenants who were facing problems to finding a new tenant quickly. Could give more updates on completion of tasks such as (i) has the cleaning been carried out (ii) has the tenant moved in OK. Overall, I'm happy with the service.

I've found Leanne and the team at Leaders Crawley to be friendly and helpful whenever I've popped into the office for advice.

I have been with Leaders in Crawley for about 14 months and in that time have had two tenants. I have always found the staff very helpful and sensible. They always return calls which other branches have not always done. All in all a very positive time. One small comment - I think more care should be used in the handymen/workmen you use. I have had to use two during this time, recommended by the Crawley, branch and found them both lacking.

I am very happy with the level of service that I receive from Leaders. I have found all the girls there to be very professional in their approach. I am glad to say that there are negatives thanks Len Nugent
